Linear LLC is introducing the Model LCO75 - for light-duty commercial and residential carriage house-style door applications. The LCO75 is easy to install, offering dealers and installers a range of superior options and flexibility. Rated at 3/4 HP and loaded with a robust feature set, the LCO75 can operate with rails from 7- to 14-feet, making it a unique operator that opens many doors.

The Model DXS-65 is a supervised water-resistant emergency alarm transmitter designed for use with Linear’s PERS Consoles and can also be used with other Linear DX or DXS format receivers. This transmitter features a large, easy to find, HELP button. Pressing the button activates the transmitter and sends a digitally coded wireless signal to its companion receiver.

Linear LLC is introducing ACT-31D and ACT-34D TRANS PROX radio transmitter and Wiegand access control integrated in miniature key ring packages. Homeowners can now carry one simple product on a key ring to enter buildings through multiple entry points. The radio control transmitter is compatible with Linear's telephone entry systems, multi door access controllers and gate receivers. The proximity access is compatible with Linear's AM-PR proximity reader in 26-bit Wiegand format.

The LRA Linear Residential Actuator is designed to open and close a light-duty residential swing gate. The operator can be used in left-hand or right-hand swing gate installations on gates weighing up to 600 pounds. The operator is connected by a cable to an APeX electronic controller, which provides all connections for input and entrapment detection devices. The Controller is housed in a separate enclosure and contains a built-in radio receiver for wireless activation by remote control transmitters.

The DXS-80 Supervised Carbon Monoxide Detector Transmitter is a UL listed, single station, carbon monoxide alarm with a built-in supervised transmitter designed to be used with Linear’s wireless DXS Format Security Systems, Personal Emergency Reporting Systems (PERS), and stand-alone receivers. The DXS-80 provides a warning to alert against both the acute and chronic effects of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.
